interior designers require CAD to work in the industry. Not being able to use CAD is a barrier to employment. Being able to use CAD also allows you to work on larger projects and collaborate with other industry professionals. Photoshop aids designers to visually communicate their design to the client. Revit is used widely in the architecture & design community and is often used for 3D visualization.
